How can I connect Ipad 2 to wireless printer#1

I have Ipad 2 and I want to connect it to my printer (Epson Stylus NX420) and the printer have wireless. Although it works fine with my computer but every time I search for the printer using my Ipad I cant find it. How can fix this problem?
Im using Asus computer (windows 7)

igmackenzie Mar 30, 2011 14:06 PMReply In order to print directly to a printer from your iPad, it needs to be Airprint compatible.

Unfortunately, your printer is not there as at the moment it is only HP who have released Airprint compatible printers.
There are other solutions however. Look at apps like Print n Share in the app store, and check out the Epson app for printing photos.
Also, there are workarounds to print from Windows to any printer through your PC. Search and you will find!
