iPad sync ios6 with outlook

I have personal contacts on my home computer in outlook (PST) and I have my business contacts at work in outlook (exchange environment/OST). Is there a way that I can synchronize my iPad with both environments so that I can have both home and work contacts on my iPad, without contaminating each of the respective contact lists?Thanks! I use Microsoft outlook 2003 at work. Out IT administrator will not authorize access to our Calendar, contacts, and email for iPhone and iPad use. Is there any other way to sync my work Calendar and contacts with iPad? They lock down our PCs at work so we cannot add any software to our PCs. They allow uses with a blackberry to have access. Itunes doesn't sync the calendar from outlook. When I started a Year ago it works good, but then no more sync of calendar items. I deleted the Apple Software from the PC ( Windows 7) and made a new setup on my iPad. After Installation of iTunes I Made Marks in the INFO Tab, but no sync, iTunes tells that it sync the Kalender, but no calendar Dates where synchronized....|problems-outlook-calendar-sync

Hi,USB cable sync seems to work fine - contacts, music, videos, apps, etc on both my Imac at home and PC at work. The weird thing is that in my ipad calendar, after a sync with my PC, all appointments are 11 hours earlier!!! My Iphone syncs well with both Imac and PC. Basically, I keep things (sync) segregated - personal content from Imac and work stuff from PC. Does anyone have any tips. My boss is using his Ipad more and more. In outlook he has many subfolders that he has generated over the years of importiant messages, contracts ect. Trying to sync the iPad throught iTunes, some of the appointments have come accross, but others have not. When I did the first sync, it created two calendars on the iPad, From My PC and Calendar. outlook 2010 seems to handle email accounts differently than previous versions. I have two POP accounts that never failed to sync with my iPad when using outlook 2007. Now...no incoming mail.
