I bought the 32gb version.. never even opened it.. and it was stolen. Im curious to know.. since I have my receipt that shows the serial number of my ipad.. can I get any info online from apple etc, for what I am hoping to find.. maybe the persons data if they have it registered? Just searched the forum for info on this topic, nothing. SO does anyone know how to find the PID number for an ipad.I installed an app. for eBooks called eReader, it has a facility to download books from various vendors and you can also input a web address for stores not listed. One of the ones I am trying is WWW.libwise.com/ozebooks. It is sort of a lending library and they require that you enter the PID number of the device you are using to read the book. I cannot use iCloud on my ipad because it says that i have used the maximum number of free accounts on the device.
