ITunes can't read contents of Ipad request me to restore factory settings
#1 Hello...I am hoping someone can help me with a rather simple question.
I tried to sync my IPad with ITunes this morning and was prompt a message saying that ITunes cannot read the content of my Ipad and wanted me to restore my IPad to original factory settings.
If restoring my IPad to the original settings will it wipe out all my application purchases from the App store? If so, do I need to pay again when I download the apps which I have purchased earlier before restoration?
I just bought my IPad less than a week ago.
Thank you!

It will wipe everything out. Youll then restore from an existing backup, if you have one. All apps will have to be synced back down from iTunes but theres no extra payments. Same goes for music, video, etc. Data and settings will come back with the backup.
Before going through that, though ... try a hard reset first. Press & hold both Home and Sleep/Wake for 10 seconds, until Apple logo appears. Then let the boot process continue, then try connecting to iTunes again.
